Joe, is the best in the business. I both sold and then bought my new house with him. He knows all aspects of buying and selling. Any issues I had, he had just the right contact. All his contacts were perfect; finances, contractors, movers & legal...all professionals. They were all knowledgeable, affordable and best of all, available!(because they love working with Joe) He gets right back to you, he's very accommodating! I was selling after almost 30 years in my house, very emotional...he has the patience of a true gentleman. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough, he is second to none!

I have been looking for an investment property on the south shore and Joe has been a great asset with his knowledge of the local market. Joe himself is an active investor so I really value his opinion. I haven't found the right property yet, but I know I will. I would highly recommend s Joe to anyone looking to buy a multi-family. If you are planning to sell your house, Joe is the realtor you should turn too. We had a choice between a number of realtors and we choose Joe because of his marketing plan and pricing strategy. His pricing strategy got us several offers after the first open house and we have ending up with a great offer. Everything went smooth right from posting our home to the closing. Thanks Joe!

In the very difficult market of 2008, Joe Clancy Jr helped sell our condo in Weymouth. We were worried because all the news was doom and gloom at the time. Luckily Joe was more optimistic, and was able to get it sold in a reasonable amount of time at a great price. This allowed us to purchase our current home where we've been ever since. In a good market or bad, I would always recommend Joe Clancy Jr and Century 21 Tullish & Clancy.
